Treatment Refunds

Yek Rose Studio is committed to serving you in the best way possible. Please note, we do not refund services. During consultation we talk you through all the options, so you can decide what treatment will serve you the best. Permanent make up is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is nearly impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However we are committed  to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

Cancellation Policy/Refund

Yek Rose Studio requires 48 hours cancellation notice prior the scheduled appointment for permanent make up to receive a full refund of the paid deposit, and 24 hours advanced notice for eyebrow threading. PLEASE make sure to let us know IMMEDIATELY if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to 100% charge of the total service amount.
